At Gita Gyan, we understand that circumstances may change and require you to cancel your participation in a course. We have the following cancellation policy in place:
For Courses:
- Cancellations are allowed only before the commencement of the course.
- Once the course has started, no cancellations will be permitted.
For Books:
- Cancellations are allowed only if the book has not been shipped yet.
- Once the book has been shipped, no cancellations will be permitted.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your registration details and reason for cancellation. We will review your request and process it in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Refunds
If you cancel your participation in a course before it starts, we will process a refund for you. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Full refunds will be issued, minus any transaction fees incurred by the payment gateway.
- Please note that refunds may take up to 14 working days to process, depending on the payment method used and the policies of the respective financial institutions involved.
